Here at APT we have a very hands-on approach when it comes to our processing plants, carrying out the entire process in-house right the way through from testwork analysis to process and mechanical plant design, procurement and logistics, and finally manufacture. Each member of our team works closely together to ensure the entire process from concept to production runs as smoothly as possible, whilst maintaining an exceptionally high standard of quality throughout.
Once completed, our plants are shipped to site for installation and commissioning. Smaller systems are sent with a set of fully comprehensive operations manuals and videos, which guide the end user through the process of unpacking, installation, operation and troubleshooting. For larger more comprehensive plants, a team of APT engineers and technicians, the core of whom have managed the in-house design and manufacture of the plant, mobilise to site to carry out the installation and commissioning. The thorough understanding of the plant by the team allows them to carry out the installation and commissioning process as quickly and efficiently as possible, ensuring the end product is exactly as we envisioned.
Finally, to ensure our plants are metallurgically suited to the ore body in question, APT works closely with our mineral testwork laboratory of choice, Peacocke & Simpson located in Harare, Zimbabwe. Metallurgical testwork forms the foundation of any successful processing plant and the importance of it should never be underestimated. Our close relationship with Peacocke & Simpson allows us to fully investigate the ore characteristics to ensure our plants are fit for purpose, and further solidifies our position as the best small to medium scale mineral processing suppliers to date!
