1: It’s A Complete Plant
The APT GoldKacha is a complete processing plant in itself, designed for loose alluvial or rubble material. The unit is fitted with it’s own built in feed screen to scalp the feed, and comes complete with a concentrates bucket. All that is required on site is a power and water supply, and you will be in operation that same day.
2: Large Processing Capacity
The APT GoldKacha can process up to 1 tonne per hour via hand feed with a shovel. This is more than 20 times what one person can achieve using a hand panning dish. With an automated feed, the APT GoldKacha can process up to 3 tonnes per hour.
3: Easy To Operate
The APT GoldKacha has no complicated settings, just an on/off switch. Turn it on, add water, add feed. It is very simple.
4: Robust Construction
The APT GoldKacha is an exceptionally well designed and expertly manufactured machine. The machine was developed within a metallurgical laboratory, and optimized over many years on various different mine sites. The unit is built to last, and does not rust.
5: No Clean Water Necessary
The APT GoldKacha does not require clean feed water, which is often inaccessible.

The APT GoldKacha is fitted with a 0.75kW motor, so the energy draw is very little.
7: Available As Petrol or Electric
The APT GoldKacha is available as either a frame mounted unit with an electric motor, or a trailer mounted unit with a petrol driven engine and petrol driven water pump (known as the GoldTrail).

As the APT GoldKacha is a complete processing solution, you can purchase the machine and get into production for just two or three ounces worth of gold.

The APT GoldKacha generates cash fast. As an example, if you feed the APT GoldKacha with 1 tonne per hour of feed containing 0.5 grams of recoverable gold per tonne, the APT GoldKacha will generate about US$225 per day (at today’s gold price of US$56 per gram).
