APT’s modular plant philosophy allows you to start recovering minerals with a base wash plant (scrubber / concentrator) unit and add modules as you progress. Various crushing, milling and other upgrade modules can be ordered to make your solution more comprehensive. This can be implemented at a later stage, once you have begun to see an initial return on investment. This way, APT provides miners with a low capital starting point. The income that these base plants generate can then be used to fund their further expansion and enhance recovery.
Wash Plants incorporate feed handling and screening units to break up and separate fine clays and matrix materials from hard rock. These are usually found in alluvial, elluvial and surface oxide ore bodies that are partially weathered. Our gold wash plants are based around the RG Scrubber which receives feed material and scrubs it with water to produce a homogenous slurry stream and clean oversize rock, in a gold trommel design. Multiple installations have proven their capabilities in scrubbing the toughest clays and most abrasive ores. We have a variety of gold wash plants for sale, ranging from small / compact gold wash plants which are completely relocatable, up to large wash plants for big scale mining operations.
Depending on the minerals being targeted, the scrubbing and screening modules are combined with different recovery modules to provide a complete process plant. Here are our recovery options for alluvial free gold and bulk minerals.
