The RDGK is a compact and portable hard rock crusher plant built for exploration and smaller scale crushing purposes (see the JCRD for larger operations). There is a trailer version of this plant too, fully equipped with all components to go from crushing to smelt-able product, so if mobility is a priority then we suggest looking into that option, it truly is an engineering marvel.
The RDGK has a dual purpose in that it crushes and concentrates material, and does so at a much smaller scale. As a stand-alone plant, it is simply assembled on-site and can easily be relocated. The trailer version is simply taken to site and you're ready. This stone crusher plant is part of our GroundBreaker and exploration range, and is also suited to custom milling operations.
The RDGK is comprised of APT's RD wet impactor and the GoldKacha mounted on a single frame. Material is fed directly into the RD and is then passed into the GoldKacha where it is concentrated and ready for final upgrade.
A regular panning dish can be used, or alternatively APT's GoldMasta upgrader can be employed for optimal gold recovery.
All of the above mentioned equipment can be purchased through APT's online store or you are encouraged to email us and we will assist you with any further information you may need.
A simple to use, highly efficient and effective miniature milling and recovery plant.
This leads to preferential liberation of minerals at a relatively coarse size.
Can be used as exploration / start-up plant affording you the ability to begin mining with a modest investment & grow your project from there. It can also form the nucleus for a more comprehensive plant by adding on modules, e.g: TT20 cyanidation plant.
A fully mobile trailer version of the RDGK is available for optimal ease of relocation.

"I have worked with a team to make the RDGK15 [combination of Rock Duster 15 and GoldKacha] into a very competent gold recovery pilot plant. The plant is highly portable and was run as a product/pilot plant. The percentage recovery of gold was greater than suggested from constant supervision of the RDGK15 combo unit. The simplicity of the GoldKacha makes it a very easy unit to achieve regular good percentage gold recoveries." - Neil Greenway | Director, Greenline Services
